I have a decent sized eat-in kitchen and this set fits great in the corner of the room. Im also going for an 'Italian/French bistro' feeling and it fits in well with that theme. The set went together fairly well - BUT there were some issues with the chairs not going together easily. I kinda had to 'fudge it' and make it the best possible because the holes were not properly aligned. But overall it looks great and for the price I can't complain. | |

My husband was able to put this together without any hassles, so for this reason alone, I was tickled pink. Its a wonderful little set. It seems to be very sturdy too. I like it alot. :) | |

Overall very cute table and chairs. Time consuming to assemble and tightening the screws was not simple. The table and chairs are very sturdy, but the wood surface scratches easily. | |

I had two problems. When the box arrived, it was smashed and I was missing one of the legs. Fortunately, I received good service and they sent me another leg free of charge. The other issue is that both chairs broke within one week of each other. At first, I thought it was because of misuse, but I was sitting in the other chair, turned around to get up and the back completely separated!! Apparently the sockets for the screws between the seat and the back arent secure. Be careful!! So, now we have tape (a lot) around the legs to keep them from breaking again... | |

While the seller shipped this very quickly, the construction of the set itself is not very good. I am not an overweight person, but leaning back in the chairs even a little bit is a precarious exercise at best. One chair has already broken into two pieces when the back separated from the seat portion completely when I sat in it. The screws should screw into the seat portion from the back of the chair, but instead go in from the inside of the back legs, which is not very stable. I found this out the hard way as my rear end met with the floor when I should have been sitting in a chair. If I had the option to give zero stars I would, since I will be returning this item as soon as I can. | |
