They should change the name to General Home everyday use knives
I never do Sushi but these knives are way beyond that.
I use mine everyday for doing all the big and small chores in my
kitchen and I love them I use the two bigs ones
and they perform like magic. They are way sharp and clean-up very nicely
every body should have a least one set for themselves
I have gone and gotten two more sets for my friends I like them that much
as they really cut clean and nice
You should try a set as the price is way to low for the awesomeness of these knives.

The knives seem to be working out well. They came in a lightweight wooden case. I dont really thing the knives are meant to be stored in the case, but I have little drawer space and the wooden case seems to slide so nicely on top of the refrigerator. It would be nice if the case were made better, it's falling apart already.
