Please note that all of our items have specific shipping needs that cannot be changed. Items cannot change shipping from one shipping service to another because it might not be a suitable shipping service for the size and weight of the item. Additionally, altering the shipping service dramatically changes the shipping cost of any item. One way we keep our prices so low is that we can negotiate rates based on dimensional weight.
However, if you have any specific needs regarding shipping (e.g. upgrade shipping to in-home) please contact our customer service representative prior to making your purchase. In the event that additional funds are needed, our customer service representatives can give you a more updated total cost for your order if any upgrades are needed. Curbside Drop-Off
- For items that are heavier than 150lbs, or are too bulky for Ground Shipping,
Curbside-Drop-Off is the preferred method. The item will be
delivered to the first dry area, it is important that the customer make arrangements to
have the item carried inside.

delivery is a 3rd party controlled shipping method where your order's shipment
