Service - Light, small items such as
light bulbs and accessories.
Ground Shipping - Generally
items under 150lbs will be packaged specially for Ground Shipping.

If you are not present for receiving
this package, the item may be left on your doorstep unless otherwise specified.
Curbside Drop-Off - For items
that are heavier than 150lbs, or are too bulky to ship Ground Shipping,
Curbside-Drop-Off is the preferred method. Typically, this method includes
one or more pieces shipped on a pallet by freight truck. The item will be
dropped off curbside, and we ask the customer to please make arrangements to
carry the item inside.

person to carry REQUIRE arranged assistance. Curbside Drop-Off does not
include assisted carry-in service.

Dropship - Dropship
delivery is a 3rd party controlled shipping method where your order shipping is
arranged by a manufacturer or other provider. Dropship delivery may
require additional time for shipping information to be readily available.

Dropship includes Ground Shipping, Curbside Drop-Off, In Home Delivery, and In
Home Delivery with Light Assembly. The appropriate method will be selected
based on the item that was purchased.

Local Pickup -
We offer local
pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our City of
